If you're not familiar with Peer-to-Peer's spam
filtering service, we would recommend starting out with the basic
configuration of a Single Spam-Viewer. A Spam-Viewer is where
one designated person will review (and retrieve if needed) spam
messages. The Single Spam-Viewer will store all spam messages
for everyone in your domain (regardless if the email is addressed to a
legitimate user or not). Below is a brief description of
Peer-to-Peer's two Spam-Viewer options.
Single Spam-Viewer
TM
All spam messages for all users are placed into one
single Spam-Viewer for you to review and retrieve.
Multiple Spam-Viewers
TM
Allows each individual user the ability to login to
their own personal Spam-Viewer to review and retrieve only their own
spam messages. (includes 10 personal viewers - $2 per
additional). Note: You can have multiple addresses sent to one Spam-Viewer.
For example: All SPAM messages for email addresses within your sales dept could be placed
into one Spam-Viewer for the head of the sales dept to review.
